- No claims accepted for poor packaging or prohibited goods.
- Compensation is based on declared value and verification.
Risk Policy
All shipments are handled carefully, but certain risks are unavoidable.
- Shipments move at owner’s risk unless insured.
- No liability for delays due to weather, strikes, or natural causes.
- High-value shipments must be declared and insured.
- Maximum liability as per company terms.
Fuel Surcharge
Fuel surcharge helps maintain service quality despite fuel price changes.
- Applied as a % of freight charges.
- Revised periodically based on fuel rates.
- Applicable on domestic & international shipments.
Packing Guideline
- Use strong and durable cartons.
- Wrap fragile items with bubble wrap.
- Use cushioning material inside the box.
- Seal packages properly with tape.
- Label clearly with address and contact number.
KYC (Know Your Customer)
KYC verification is mandatory for shipment processing and customs clearance.
- Submit ID proof (Aadhar, PAN, Passport).
- Address must match shipment details.
- Required for all non-document shipments.
- Delays may occur if documents are not provided.
